Villa Luxor, Sea Caves (VL1)

This very spacious villa is set in the lovely Sea Caves area close to Coral Bay in a countryside location surrounded by banana plantations.
The Villa has uninterrupted sea views from its upper terrace, which stretches along one side of the house and in front of the pool area. It is ideal for larger families or groups of friends with the added convenience of a local tavern within easy walking distance.
The front entrance (with guest cloakroom), leads to a well furnished open plan living/dining room with large dining table, feature fireplace, satellite TV (limited channels, however, includes sports channel, cartoon, movies and many more), DVD and Sony Play station 2. Patio doors lead out onto the front pool terrace and barbecue area and these have lovely views of the sea. The large well equipped kitchen has dishwasher and microwave, and the utility room has a washing machine. There is ample parking.
On the ground floor is one of the five air-conditioned bedrooms – a double with full bathroom en-suite and patio doors onto the front pool terrace. There is also a guest shower room with WC located on this level.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms – two pretty twin rooms and a double bedroom each having patio doors with access to the upper balcony. These rooms share the large family bathroom. The master double bedroom has walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units, WC and a whirlpool bath. Patio doors lead onto the upper terrace.
Outside, the villa has spacious, well furnished sun terraces that catch the sun all day through. There is a shaded area with large table for outside dining, plus a brick barbecue and table tennis table for your added enjoyment. The large 12m pool has Roman steps into the shallow end for children, and is set in pretty terraced gardens.
