The lounge area has three leather sofas, glass/metal coffee tables and a good sized TV with SKY satellite box, it is lit by fine crystal chandeliers, with halogen lights for certain features. The floors are made from luxuriant marble.

Walking out through the lounge past the dining room you come to the downstairs WC stairs leading up and the kitchen (left) which has a breakfast bar and a full height fridge/freezer with built in ice machine plus dishwasher, hob, cooker and microwave. By the back door is a small utility room with washer and separate dryer.

All four bedrooms are air conditioned with two having baths and two having showers en suite plus W.C. and hand basins. Two of the rooms have twin beds and two have double beds. All bedrooms have their own private balconies.

To the rear of the property is a pagoda that can be reached by crossing a small bridge, perfect to sit outside and have a meal on those lazy summer evenings.   There is a beautiful, heated kidney shaped pool to the right of the property and magnificent views of the sunset over the sea! There is also a built in BBQ for you enjoy.

The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Air conditioning is charged at a rate of Euro €4.26 per unit per day.
