Does the property come fully equipped?

All our properties differ in what they offer guests, therefore we have included a full specification for each property detailing what is available to you.


Are we within walking distance to restaurants?

We have detailed in the property specification on local amenities and also advised when we recommend transport.


Our flight isn’t until late on an evening, what can we do until the check in time?

All our villas/apartments must be vacated by 10am. If however, no other bookings are involved on the day of arrival or departure, then this condition can be wavered. This must be agreed by ourselves first and unfortunately will only be known to us a few days prior to your arrival or departure.


Does the villa/apartment have linen and towels?

 All our properties have fresh linen and towels.


We have a baby and need to know if you have a cot and high chair?

The properties do not have their own cot and high chair facilities, however we can arrange for these to be put into the properties for you. Just let us know in advance and we will make sure you have everything you need.


Do you offer flights?

We can provide you with recommended agents to assist you in booking your flights to Paphos should you require assistance.


Will we need to hire a car?

If you plan on travelling round the island, or off roading through the Akamas or up to Troodos then we can arrange for car hire through the Avis Car Rental group. As an Avabreak guests you will receive a 15% discount on car prices.


Is the villa/apartment going to be suitable for my children and elderly mother?

All the property specifications details whether or not we believe the villas/apartments to be suitable for the very young or elderly & infirm. If in doubt, please feel free to ask us on any of the specifics.


How do we get to the property from the airport?

Prior to your holiday we will provide you with detailed directions to the property and also information on where the key is located. Alternatively, we can arrange for a taxi to pick you up from the airport, please let us know when booking whether or not you require a taxi pick up as this is a chargeable service.


We are getting married in Paphos and need accommodation for our wedding party, can you help?

We can indeed assist you in accommodating your wedding party. We have hotel apartments available for mass bookings, apartments and villas located close to one another so that your group can remain in the same area to meet up, we will assist you in any way we can to make sure you have a stress free holiday.
