This spacious three-bed roomed villa is set in the heart of Coral Bay;
ten minutes’ drive from Pafos. Coral Bay is a lively and growing resort
with restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, banks, chemists, in
addition to the superb sandy bay itself.
As you enter the villa you pass through your own private patio area.
Walking through the front door, you enter a large open-plan room. There
are comfortable armchairs, a settee, glass-topped coffee table and a
television set. To the rear of this lounge, there is a complementary
dining table and chairs.
Adjacent to the dining area, you enter the kitchen. The kitchen is fully
equipped, containing a washing machine, cooker, and fridge-freezer.
There is also plenty of sunny workspace!
Each of the three bedrooms lead off from this central area. They all
have air-conditioning units, and contain fitted wardrobe units. The main
bedroom has two windows and a double bed, the remaining bedrooms have a
single window and each hold two twin beds.
There are two bathrooms for your convenience, each of these is fully
tiled, and has a wash-basin and WC. The first contains a standing shower
unit, the second a bath with shower attachment. In the centre of this
complex, there is a communal swimming pool with sun-beds. There is also
a bar from which you can purchase a variety of refreshing drinks and
snacks. The bar also has a pool table, arcade games, TV and books to
wile away those hours between exploratory trips on the island.
